Before the Wedding: Planning With Intention
Once coordination is added to your package, we begin working closely together well before your wedding day.
This includes:
- Multiple phone calls and text check-ins
- In-person meetings when helpful
- Walking through the flow of your entire day
- Discussing priorities, logistics, and layout
- Answering questions you didn’t even know you had yet
We will create a custom, detailed wedding day timeline that accounts for:
- Ceremony timing
- Vendor arrivals
- Transitions between events
- Photography needs
- Built-in buffer time (because real life happens)
We will personally teach and walk you through your unique ceremony processional, so nothing feels confusing or rushed.
Rehearsal: Calm, Clear, Organized
We will attend and coordinate your rehearsal, guiding everyone through:
- Where to stand
- When to walk
- How the processional flows
- Any special ceremony details
This ensures everyone feels confident — and that your wedding day starts smoothly instead of chaotically.
Wedding Day: Doors Open, We’re There
On the wedding day, Brittney and I arrive promptly as the venue opens. From that moment on, you don’t have to worry about logistics — we’ve got it covered.
We handle:
- Coordinating and placing linens
- Setting up outdoor ceremony chairs
- Setting and decorating the ceremony arch
- Placing mums, pumpkins, and seasonal décor
- Setting tables, linens, florals, candles, and photos
- Styling the sweetheart table
- Coordinating closely with the DJ
- Communicating with vendors via text and in person
- Rehearsing and executing the ceremony processional
- Managing and executing the timeline we created together
We also monitor the reception flow, including replenishing buffet food as needed so guests are taken care of without interruption.
